• How do you charge for your services?
  
  Most of the services we offer are charged on a contingency basis. A few, such as pre-authorizations and sorting paperwork, are charged on an hourly basis. There is a reasonable retainer fee to be paid when you sign up to use our service.
  
  
• Do I have to sign anything?
  
  You will be asked to sign a HIPAA release which will allow us to discuss your case and obtain necessary information from medical providers and the insurance company. You will also need to sign a service contract agreement.
  
  
• Are you a health insurance broker?
  
  No. We are not, nor are we affiliated with any insurance brokers. We are an independent entity whose purpose is to assist with medical claims issues. We do not sell or advise on health insurance policies.
